ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Bridal Stylist / Sales Consultant with a background in bridal to join us in Dubai and help take the Ginger & Poppy experience to the next level.  

​

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on emotional connection, confident styling, and closing the sale — and who’s ready for a fresh adventure in one of the world’s most vibrant cities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Guide brides through their appointment with warmth, style expertise, and intuition

• Listen deeply, style creatively, and confidently guide brides throughout their appointment

• Maintain a high level of personal conversion

• Manage post-appointment follow-ups with care and consistency

• Work closely with the owner and other team members 

• Support showroom upkeep and merchandise presentation

• Contribute to creating social content within the boutique​​

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years experience in bridal retail sales

• Strong track record in sales conversion and client relationships

• Confidence in styling and guiding emotional buying decisions

• Naturally warm, intuitive, and professional presence/presentation

• Strong spoken and written English (other languages a plus)

• Comfortable relocating to Dubai (if necessary) and working with a diverse, international clientele

• Team-oriented, self-driven, and emotionally intelligent

• An immediate start – need to be trained and ready to take appointments by 10th October

 

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary plus sales commission.  Bonus structure based on hitting monthly targets.  Relocation support if necessary.
