-Items in stock will be shipped within 2 days.

-Items which are 'made to order' we will contact you directly with the estimated delivery time.

-Standard shipping is AED 20 and free delivery over AED 500.

RETURNS
-Email us at may@gingerandpoppybridal.com within 14 days from receiving your item(s), quoting your order number and request to either refund or exchange. We will then give you full details and instructions on our simple return and exchange process.

-Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging and there are no signs of use.

EARRINGS

-Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings.

HEADPIECES & VEILS

-For veils which are in stock we accept exchange or return. If the item was 'made to order' for you we cannot accept any refund or exchange.
