Designer Spotlight: Jenny Yoo at Ginger & Poppy Bridal

We're mid June and summer is has most definitely arrived! Although the schools haven't broken up yet (and we do get a lot of teachers coming to Ginger & Poppy) Dubai is already feeling quieter as people start to escape the blistering heat. Summer 2025 brides are getting ready to leave for their destination weddings and winter 2025 brides, well I hope, have already sorted their dresses! (If not, shoot us an email and we'll get you sorted!) for our early 2026 and summer 2026 girlies, we have lots and lots of new dress arrivals but our latest one which just came in is the Jenny Yoo, Soireé collection. And she is a beauty! Read on to see which styles we received and we can't wait to show you them in more detail!

With all of that being said, we have just received her brand new collection SOIREÉ which is definitely romantic with a couple of more classic options if that's what your heart desires. Let's look at them in detail!

MIRIAM

I'm going to start off strong here because (without being too biased) she is one of Ginger & Poppy's favourites. We know that Chantilly Lace is here to stay for 2026, and Miriam is a real beauty. She has soft 'French Pearl' tone underneath which is ultra romantic, and the bodice features a more modern take on a sweetheart shape, paired with a dropped, basque waist. She is perfect for an English Garden wedding or Romantic Tuscan wedding. We know she's going to be popular.

PENELOPE

Penelope is made in a stunning iridescent chiffon which is beautifully understated. She has a simplicity about her which has a whimsical approach to a classic silhouette. She has a beautifully structured corset which goes into a dropped waist and flowy a-line skirt. It's light as a feather, perfect for a warm summers day.

LORELAI

Keeping in line with the romantic A-Lines, this is Lorelai which is in a lovely and light organza. Utterly romantic and airy, she is perfect for brides who want a modern, structured neckline and bodice with an ethereal flowy skirt.

BLAKE

The Blake gown is a true show stopper. Her striking high neckline, sculpted Basque waist, low open back, and dramatically full ball skirt make her timeless, elegant, and playfully feminine. We imagine her in a castle setting paired with a sleek back bun, long flowing veil and pointed satin shoes. Dreamy.

BRODY

We love it when designers use a unique fabric, it's always refreshing to have something stand out in the boutique! Perfect for brides who love a clean and simple silhouette but want to feel elevated with an intricately textured fabric. Her sleek straight neckline and subtle drop waist are made all the more striking by the cut outs in the oversized floral motif for just a hint of sheerness peeking through. A lovely blend of classic and playful.

LEE

Lee is inspired by the ever popular Addilyn gown - she takes the same silhouette but adds feminine details along the bust and detachable off shoulder streamers. Draping over the bodice beautifully frames your decolletage, and detachable swag sleeves and streamers lend even more romance and whimsy.

TAYLOR

Utterly sleek and elegant, Taylor is a beautiful option for brides who want to have more coverage at the front and openess at the back. The buttons that run all the way down to the end of the train add extra details for that wow as you walk down the aisle. We love a long sleeve option for winter weddings. Taylor would also be beautiful for a civil ceremony or engagement
